Tanzanian VP Regrets Death of Cuban Minister of Defence TANZANIA, September 8th, 2011.- Dr. Mohammed G. Bilal, Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania went to the Cuban Embassy in Dar es Salaam to express his mourning for the death of Army Corps General Julio Casas Regueiro, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, vice-president of the Council of State and minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba. In his message written in the condolence book opened at the Cuban diplomatic mission, Dr. Bilal said: “We regret to learn of the death of a devoted patriot and freedom fighter.
