Second Anniversary of the Plurinational State of Bolivia Celebrated in Havana
HAVANA, January 24, 2012.- Last January 22nd, the second anniversary of Plurinational State of Bolivia was celebrated at the elementary school “República de Bolivia” which was renamed as “Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia” in honor to the sister nation.
During the event, organized by the Bolivian Embassy to Havana and the elementary school, the significance of the date as part of the process carried out by President Evo Morales and the Movement to Socialism Party (MAS, in Spanish) was highlighted. Students and professors of the school as well as the Bolivian Embassy staff members, Latin American Ambassadors and officials from the Cuban Chancery, Education and People´s Power, attended the event.
