Cuba Participates at Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, Febraury 8, 2012.- The Cuban delegation to the 17th Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Latin America, Rogelio Sierra, arrived yesterday afternoon to Trinidad and Tobago. Cuba has the vice-presidency of the Council of Ministers; Trinidad and Tobago is the President. During the event, the delegations will review the work carried out by the Organization since last Ministerial Meeting held on January 28, 2011 in Trinidad and Tobago. Also, the member States will elect a new Secreatary General for the ACS to substitute current Secretary Luis Fernando Andrade Falla, who has been in the post since March, 2008. (Cubaminrex)
