Cuban Ambassador was Received by Minister of Education of The Bahamas BAHAMAS, January 30, 2012- H.E. Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Ambassador of Cuba to The Commonwealth of the Bahamas made a courtesy call on the Ministry of Education, Honorable Desmond Bannister at Ministry of Education on January 30, 2012. During the exchange, the Minister of Education and the Cuban Ambassador reviewed the state of the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially on the education field. Emma Garraway, Permanent Secretary and Lionel Sands, General Director of Ministry of Education, Eloy Moreno, Official Liaison of Cuban Education Ministry and Victor Cairo, Third Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Nassau were also present at the meeting.
