Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Meets with Cuban Ambassador ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, 3 February 2012-The Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda held meeting with Cuban Ambassador Jose Manuel Inclán, who went to the Airport to farewell him on his trip to Caracas where the Prime Minister would attend the ceremony for the commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the Civic-Military Rebellion of February 4, 1992, and the eleventh Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America.
