Russia and Cuba Sign Memorandum for Cultural Cooperation

RUSSIA, September 4TH, 2010.- Cuban Book Institute President Zuleica Romay, and Deputy President of the Russian Federal Agency for Press and Mass Media (ROSPECHAT) Vladimir Grirgoriev, have signed a memorandum of cooperation in Moscow.

The new agreement will provide for developing and implementing joint publishing projects; and for revitalizing direct links between publishing houses, book trading entities and polygraph agencies of Cuba and Russia.

The parties also agreed to cooperate and foster bilateral participation at international book fairs. (Cubaminrex - RHC)
