Cuba and Brazil Sign Agreements in the Banking Sector.
CUBA, March 12th, 2011.- Cuba and Brazil signed two reciprocal cooperation agreements in Brasilia on Friday.
Cuban ambassador to Brazil, Carlos Zamora, and the general director of the Brazilian Cooperation Agency, Marcos Farani, signed the corresponding documents for the implementation of modern bank techniques and for the training of staff in this sector.
President Raul Castro and Marco Aurelio Garcia, advisor for international affairs to the Brazilian presidency, on a work visit to the island, reiterated the excellent relations between Cuba and Brazil and tackled the development and perspectives of commercial and economic bonds.
