In his usual Alo Presidente program, Chavez stressed the significance of Fidel Castro's reflections on the eve of the Cuban Parliament session, to warn mankind about the consequences of a conflict of disproportionate dimensions.

In Brazil, the media played extracts of the message of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, which states that only the U.S. president, Barack Obama, can prevent a possible nuclear war.
