Mexico and Chile Featured at International Business Fair of Havana.
CUBA, November 3, 2010.- The International Business Fair of Havana featured a ¨Mexico, Chile, and Argentina Day,¨ on Tuesday as one of a series of activities of the week-long event.
Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations from the Economic Relations and International Cooperation Department, Rogelio Granguillhome, said that his country wants to increase its Cuban exports to Mexico, and continue to promote improved commercial relations between the two countries.
Carlos Casa, from Pro-Mexico, and Raysa Costa, the director of the Cuban Center of Promotion of Exports and Investment, signed a cooperation agreement to explore future business opportunities.
The Chilean ambassador to Cuba, Rolando Drago, also spoke about the economic opportunities that his country gains from participating in the 28th International Fair of Havana. He emphasized that Cuba is the second most important market for some Chilean wine companies in the Caribbean. (Cubaminrex-RHC)
