UNESCO Director General Sends Congratulatory Message to the authorities and people of Cuba

HAVANA, January, 4, 2012.- UNESCO  Director General sent a congratulatory message to the authorities and people of Cuba, forwarded by the Deputy Director General for Foreign Affairs and Public Information, Sr. Eric Falt, for the celebration of January 1st, Cuba´s national holiday.

Additionally,  the message ratifies the desire to continue with Cuba´s support to UNESCO and highlighted the active role of Cuba within the organization. Likewise, it praises Cuba´s cooperation internationally in the spheres under UNESCO´s scope. (Cubaminrex)
