U.S. prosecutors have proofs of Posada Carriles' involvement in anti-Cuban terrorism: Cuban media.

CUBA, January 12th, 2011.- U.S. prosecutor office possesses proofs concerning terrorist actions against Cuba as well as the starring role played by the notorious criminal Luis Posada Carriles in such “activities”.

Round Table TV program unveiled abundant information regarding the former CIA asset's linkage with the main criminal acts committed against the Caribbean island, giving details on the procedures of his terror “emissaries” in Cuba.

Posada is undergoing trial in the United States since last Monday Jan 10, facing 11 charges, none of them regarding terrorism.

On Tuesday were finally chose the 12 members of Jury that will participate in the judicial process, comprised of seven women and five men, nine of them Hispanic descendant, one Afro-American and two white non Hispanic.

The lawyer José Pertierra informed via phone, that the prosecutor and the defendant’s representation will make their first statements before the court this Wednesday, warning that the first ones might try to influence the Jury with slanderous comments on the Cuban political regime.

Press agencies report that witnesses called to testify in the trial include two Cuban officials, U.S. immigration officials, a forensic physician involved in investigations related to Fabio Di Celmo's death, victim of the Copacabana Hotel bombing in 1997, and a journalist to whom Posada Carriles confessed his crimes.
