Posada "Free" from Criminal Charges.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, January 20th, 2011.- US Attorney Caroline Heck-Miller, the same one who represented the US government in the Miami-held trial of the Five, has refused to press criminal charges against Luis Posada Carriles, despite a petition by the US Department of Homeland Security, revealed Gina Garrett-Jackson today at the ongoing immigration fraud trial against Cuban-born self-confessed terrorist Posada Carriles, which resumed after a four-day break in El Paso, Texas..

Answering questions by Posada’s lawyer, Gina Garrett-Jackson, a Miami-based Homeland Security lawyer who represented Posada when he requested US political asylum in 2005, said she had asked one thing from Caroline Heck-Miller before proceeding with Posada’s asylum request: "I asked Heck-Miller to consider prosecuting Posada for his actual crimes. But she didn’t seem to care much; that’s why I stopped asking."

Heck-Miller is the same prosecutor who insisted on bringing the Cuban Five case to the courts, the very same who objected to holding the trial out of the highly-biased Miami courts, and thumbed up the harsh sentences the Cuban Five received merely for their efforts to fight against terrorism and terrorists like Posada Carriles.
